1 General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 33bk website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal account through which they access the platform's services.
• "Bet" refers to the act of wagering money on any game or event.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use 33bk, applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Membership is not granted without age verification. Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. The same person, the same device, the same IP address, or members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, address — must be fully accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

At the time of a withdrawal request, or at any time at the platform's discretion, 33bk may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify a member's identity. Failure to provide them within the specified timeframe may result in the transaction being placed on hold.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

• Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or unsecured networks.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

33bk currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies to each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Completed withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

4.3 Verification

After a withdrawal request is submitted, 33bk verifies the account and transaction details. If any suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.4 Honest Transactions

Funds deposited into the account must belong entirely to the member. Transactions using a third party's bank account or mobile banking are prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x — meaning the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Program

The 33bk VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members can progress to higher tiers gradually based on their activity and participation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; repeat claims from the same person or device are not accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 33bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Game outcomes are determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules and are final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game session ends abnormally due to a technical fault or server issue, 33bk will attempt to void the bet for that round and return the wagered amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC events, and other sporting events, outcomes will be determined based on the results announced by the official organising body.

6.4 Match Fixing

If a bet is found to be connected to match fixing or any attempt to improperly influence a game, it will be voided and the associated account will be closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bk platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or making artificial transactions to obtain promotional offers.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or using a false identity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, a written request must be sent to the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all bonus funds, unused free spins, and promotional benefits will be cancelled.

11 Limitation of Liability

33bk will not be held responsible for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account where the member has disclosed their own credentials.
• Fraud or identity theft occurring outside the platform.
• Temporary service unavailability due to unexpected technical disruptions.

33bk always operates within the limits of applicable law and believes in fair play.

12 Changes to Terms

33bk reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
